    Gloves Now accepts Visa or MasterCard. You can also pay via Direct Deposit or PayPal. Sorry we do not take American Express.
  • Payment Security
    On the Gloves Now online store every purchase you make and, any payment data you enter is secure and safe thanks to our up to date encryption services and secure certified servers.

Shipping Information

  • Your Delivery Options
    Standard Shipping – delivery in 1-10 business days. 
    We offer flat rate shipping. All orders have authority to leave as default. If you do not wish to give permission to leave, please say so in the notes section. *Please Note, our carriers do not ship to remote locations, if your address is remote please contact us before you order to arrange shipping.
  • Taxes and Duties
    Gloves Now only ships within Australia. Therefore there are no duties. Goods and Services tax (GST) is already applied in the marked price.
  • Delivery Processing Time
    Gloves Now prides itself on our fast delivery processing time. Within 24 hours your order will be dispatched with Toll. If you order before 1pm, we will aim to get your order out the same day. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time frame.
  • Tracking Your Order
    Once your order is on its way to you, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. The email will detail what shipping method we used, and provide a tracking number so you can follow your order delivery route.
  • PO Boxes
    Gloves Now is unable to ship to PO boxes. Please make sure that you select a business or residential address for delivery.

Returns Policy

  • What do we accept returns for;
    Gloves Now is happy to accept returns for Change of Mind as long as the products are in sale-able original condition, unopened and all packaging is intact. Returns are at the buyers expense.
  • All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Gloves Now does not accept Returns, Exchanges, or Credit Notes for sale items.

How to Return
To return an item simply email sales@glovesnow.com and our helpful customer service team will be able to generate a return reference number for you.

Exchanges
Gloves Now does accept exchanges as long as the product is still in sale-able condition. To initiate an exchange simply contact Gloves Now and we will provide you with an exchange reference number.


Refunds
To initiate a refund simply contact Gloves Now and we will provide you with a refund reference number.
